KomodoのDocumen­tを少しだけ翻訳していましたが、一応公開しても良­いかActiveState­にメールで問い合わせたんですが、返事が返ってきま­した。非公式なものならオッケー＆ex­tension作るのもアシストして­くれるということでした。

Thanks for your email. We are indeed willing to allow public translations of the Komodo docs, although you will need to mention that this is not an „official“ translation from ActiveState.

We are also willing to assist you if you need help with creating the appropriate extension (komodo's docs are just a Mozilla extension component) or help with the Komodo integration.
